Real Schools

All staff at our school have taken part in Real Schools workshops to improve their understanding of restorative practices in order to:

  • Generate long-term improvements in student behaviour.
  • Learn how to construct Restorative conversations and circles.
  • Sustain a climate of consistency and high expectations.
  • Achieve a critical understanding of human emotion, including the influence of shame on student behaviour.
  • Become a reflective practitioner.
  • Apply Restorative Practices for accelerated student growth and learning.
