The role of Student Wellbeing Officer (SWO) is to provide tier one social and emotional support to students and contribute to the wider school wellbeing.
They establish themselves as a safe person who students can turn to if they need someone to talk to.
The SWO will also provide support to the wider community by assisting students and their families with warm referrals into Anglicare WA and other relevant services when more targeted support is required.
